James Sherlock was established in 1987 and has given over 20 years of reliable service to its customers. Our aim is to continue providing an ever-improving service.

We stock a wide range of new and used spares for most BMW Motorcycles. This stock, coupled with our mail order service, ensures that we supply the parts you need quickly, efficiently, and at the right price. Our stock is constantly being updated, with new stock items arriving every week. If the part you need is not listed, just ask; we may well have it. We don’t have sales or ‘10% off weeks’, we don’t publish one price and then claim to match another, we just have consistently low prices week in week out. We really are the no nonsense supplier.

We still break lots of BMW’s, just like we did when we started, from 1969 to the present day, from /5’s to the latest R1200. Used parts remain at the centre of our business. On the other hand our stock of new parts is constantly growing, particularly to cover the new twins as they develop and new models are released. We aim to provide a fuss free, fast and accurate service. So, to customers old and new – Welcome.

Competitive pricing is the reason for our existence. We achieve this by buying from the manufacturers in large quantities and passing the savings on to the customer. Even with discounted new parts prices, sometimes a second hand part is easily the most cost effective way of making a repair. We have been supplying used BMW motorcycle spares for over twenty years.

We also run a busy workshop, catering for all models from 1969 to present day. This gives us the hands on experience, which is so valuable when advising customers. Our mechanic has over twenty years of continuous BMW experience, and we offer free loan bikes while your own machine is being serviced or repaired.

We have customers worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders on the day that the order is placed.

Typically prices for UK customers start at £2.30 to a maximum of £7.79 for new parts.

Our phones lines are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Friday.

We have implemented the new VAT rate of 15%, and all prices include VAT at this rate. VAT is payable by all EU customers. Non EU customers can deduct 15% VAT from these prices.
